NXAForge – Terms & Conditions

NXAForge provides content automation, workflow automation, content management systems, AI-assisted content processes, and related digital services as agreed upon in the selected service package or proposal. Any services not explicitly included in the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or additional fee.

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, assets, account access, branding materials, approvals, and feedback required for project completion. Delays in providing requested materials may impact delivery timelines.

To ensure efficient project execution, clients are expected to respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or revisions within a reasonable timeframe. Projects may be paused if communication becomes inactive for an extended period.

Estimated timelines are provided based on project requirements and client cooperation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted when project scope changes or required assets are delayed.

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed service scope. Requests that significantly alter the original scope, strategy, or deliverables may be treated as additional work.

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of approved final deliverables created specifically for their project. NXAForge retains ownership of proprietary systems, workflows, frameworks, automation methodologies, templates, and internal processes.

Automation systems may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, software providers, social media networks, and external services. NXAForge cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality when such platforms modify policies, APIs, features, or access permissions.

NXAForge is committed to helping clients improve content consistency, operational efficiency, brand visibility, and growth opportunities through strategic content automation systems. While our services are designed to support measurable business growth and improved performance, results may vary depending on factors such as market conditions, audience behavior, content quality, offer strength, competition, and client participation. For this reason, specific outcomes including revenue, sales, follower growth, engagement levels, leads, or business performance cannot be guaranteed. However, NXAForge is committed to delivering the agreed services professionally and implementing industry best practices to maximize the potential for positive results.

NXAForge may recommend modifications to automation systems, workflows, or content strategies to improve performance and maintain operational efficiency.

All client information shared with NXAForge will be treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, NXAForge may reference completed projects, anonymized results, or non-confidential work samples for portfolio, educational, or marketing purposes.

NXAForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from the use of provided services, automation systems, or third-party platform changes.

Engaging with NXAForge services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
